Effective 1 July 2025, the PhonePad Care Plan replaces the previous Update Plan, offering a comprehensive package that includes software updates, priority support, and exclusive benefits—all in one annual subscription.

What's Included?

All Software Updates: Stay current with the latest improvements, new features, and security enhancements.
Priority Email Support: Receive prompt assistance from our support team, ensuring minimal downtime.
Remote Support Sessions: Access included or discounted remote sessions for installation, troubleshooting, and setup assistance.
Exclusive Member-Only Offers: Gain early access to new features, special offers, and more.

Important Information:

When you purchase PhonePad, a 12 month PhonePad Care Plan is included with your purchase.
If you upgrade the number of users on your PhonePad licence, your existing plan is automatically extended by 12 months.

Why the Change?

The previous Update Plan provided access to software updates but did not include support services.

As user needs have evolved, we've recognized the importance of a more holistic approach.

The new PhonePad Care Plan addresses this by bundling updates, support, and additional benefits into a single, convenient package.

Pricing

Annual Subscription: 30%–40% of your PhonePad licence cost, depending on your renewal history.
Transition for Existing Users: If you have an active Update Plan, you'll be automatically transitioned to the Care Plan at no additional cost.

What If I Don't Renew My PhonePad Care Plan?

Continued Use: Your perpetual PhonePad license remains valid; you can continue using your current version.

No Updates: You won't receive future software updates.

Email Support: We still want to help! Our standard response time for non-Care Plan users is up to 48 hours, or possibly longer, depending on support volume. You can request priority support for a flat fee of $35 per incident. Or skip the fees and delays by renewing your PhonePad Care Plan, which includes priority email and remote support.

Remote Support: $55 per session.

No Access to Exclusive Benefits: You won't receive member-only offers or early feature access.
