One Care Plan price covers your entire PhonePad installation — the base licence and any add-ons you own. Nothing is excluded, nothing is charged separately.

Covers all your PhonePad products

Your Care Plan is based on your PhonePad licence, but it covers everything — PhonePad, MessageSender, Appointment Calendar, and PhonePad Web. One plan, the whole suite.

Free priority email support

Care Plan holders receive priority email support with a 24-hour response target on business days. Send us a question or report an issue and we'll get back to you promptly.

Free remote support (at our discretion)

For issues that genuinely can't be resolved by email, we may offer a remote support session at no charge to Care Plan holders. Without an active Care Plan, remote support is available at A$85 per session.

How much does the Care Plan cost?

The Care Plan renewal is 40% of your original PhonePad licence price, for 12 months. For example, a 5-user licence originally purchased at A$225 renews at A$90 inc. GST per year.

How do I renew?

You can renew directly through PhonePad (under Help → Renew Care Plan) or via the link provided in your renewal reminder emails. Your Client Number and Serial Number are passed automatically — there's nothing to manually enter.

Will I be charged automatically?

No. We never auto-renew or auto-charge. You'll receive reminder emails before your Care Plan expires and can choose to renew at your own convenience. Completely your choice every year.

What if I let it lapse for a year or two?

No problem — you only pay for the current year when you renew. There are no back-dated charges, no penalties, and no awkward conversations. Just renew when you're ready and you're covered from that point forward.

Does the Care Plan cover all my PhonePad products?

Yes. The Care Plan is based on your PhonePad licence cost but covers everything — PhonePad, MessageSender, Appointment Calendar, and PhonePad Web. You don't pay separately for each add-on.

What's the difference between the Care Plan and just keeping the software I have?

Without an active Care Plan, PhonePad keeps working exactly as it does now — you just won't receive new updates or be able to access support. If you're happy with the current version and don't need new features, that's a perfectly valid choice.

When does the Care Plan activate after renewal?

Immediately. Once payment is processed, your Care Plan status is updated automatically in PhonePad — no reinstallation, no licence file to import, nothing to configure. It just updates in the background.

Is remote support always included?

Remote support is available at our discretion with an active Care Plan — at no charge. Without a current Care Plan, remote support is available at A$85 per session. We always try to resolve issues by email first — it's faster and more efficient for most problems. Remote support is offered when email genuinely isn't sufficient to resolve the issue.
