It functions quietly in the background and does exactly what I need it to do. That is, organize phone messages, allow responses, works easily across our internal network, and delivers what it promises to deliver. It has a lot of bells and whistles I don't need, particularly the email integration. Maybe if I took the time to learn more about that I'd find it useful. For now I ignore them and just use what I need. Perhaps a bit of a scaled down version for smaller businesses would be appropriate. I prefer a stand-alone option for phone message purposes.
